State of the art serviced office space.
With Connolly Works, we stripped the building back to it’s existing bare brick, transforming it into state of the art serviced offices.
The brief was to reenergise a Moorgarth space in Kings Cross. We wanted to bring out the character of the building so we were able to set exposed brickwork against more modern fittings.
As well as full demolition, M&E installation and new kitchens and bathrooms - we improved the use of space with smart partitioning. Finally a new glass roof and flooring created another perfect workspace for our repeat client Moorgarth.
Fun Fact:
Due to the accelerated progress of the project, the tenant The Boutique Workplace Company managed to secure a 5 year pre let several months ahead of our practical completion!
