A tired and underwhelming property brought to life a stones through from St Paul's Cathedral.
Moorgarth, the parent company of the Boutique Workplace Company, selected us to carry out a comprehensive CAT A and CAT B refurbishment project. This consisted of a full strip out of a tired and unloved property in the heart of St. Pauls.
This involved a major renovation, the largest part of which was a new exposed mechanical and electrical system, but also included a full plaster and decoration, all new kitchens and bathrooms, constructing a rooftop terrace, a full CCTV system and more…
Fun fact:
On completion of the project, the builders on a similar site across the road (who had started previously) still had 6 weeks left…They asked if we could finish their work for them!
