A bright construction project in the heart of Central London.
The Boutique Workplace Company, a longstanding client, asked us to refresh their existing serviced office after 5 years of occupation. The brief was to modernise and create a cool Soho feel and include a much needed breakout and communal space for its clients.
We entirely refurbished and redecorated the space, adding new bathrooms, mechanical and electrical, data and telecoms systems, CCTV, and state of the art teapoints and kitchens. In order to extend the bathroom, we had to move the comms room six feet, which involved rerunning over 350 data cables! All of these works were completed whilst the Boutique Workplace Companies serviced office was 100% full.
Fun fact:
On the day of completion, a courier knocked over a fridge freezer which smashed all of our entrance tiles. We had only two hours to replace all of these before we opened to the public!
