A one bedroom residential refit against the clock.
The owners of this residential property in East London approached us for a comprehensive refit of their apartment. No project is too big or too small for HCL, and though this was certainly towards the latter - there was plenty of work to be done within the required timescale.
We installed a brand new kitchen, refurbished the existing bathroom, and redecorated throughout, installing new lighting, new flooring, carpets and blinds.
The timescale we were given was our tightest ever, being required to completely refurbish a one bedroom apartment in three weeks. We enjoy a challenge though, and managed to turn the project around meeting all of our deadlines!
Fun Fact:
This job was our speediest turnaround ever - we were given the brief on a Friday and started work on site on the Monday!
