Stripping back a Grade II listed property in the heart of London's Mayfair to create a boutique and individual serviced office.
The Boutique Workplace Company asked us to regenerate this stunning property in the centre of London’s Mayfair in 2018. We were briefed to create new serviced offices with revamped communal areas, bathrooms and kitchens across five floors.
We stripped the building back to its original walls and floors, constructing partitions for the new serviced offices and redeveloping bright new communal and breakout spaces. The build required a whole host of different expertise, including mechanical & electrical, glazed & stud wall partitioning, bespoke cabinetry and LED lighting system installs, plus an exterior masonry clean.
Fun fact:
Over 2,442 lightbulbs were installed in the revamped space
